Record Outside Participation - need more info

Record Outside Participation simply allows you to enter the title, date, and event type. It would be helpful if we could include other info like miles, hours, maybe a notes section, and a pull-down so we can record if others from the same group attended that same outside event.

Thanks for bringing this to the Community!

I know we offer this feature to some groups already so we will look into adding support for tracking these hours and possibly adding a notes field to your group as well.

We are having this issue also. Looking at the help file on how to add service hours outside of planned events, the instructions are to create an outside event and the fields would be there.

This would be really helpful to track for Venturing service requirements.
