Remove "Print permission slip" from Plan menu

Our troop does not really use the automatic permission form. Can you give our troop a way to remove that menu item so that it does not cause confusion when our users try to use it to print out a permission form?

Maybe something as simple as a Troop Settings checkbox that by default is “enabled” that says, “Allow TroopTrack to offer default filled in permission form on “Plan” menu”. Then I could uncheck it for our troop.

This is along the same lines that we talked about here: Uploading our own Permission Slip for auto-fill

We don’t want to use the built-in permission slip and instead be able to upload our own. Turning off the default (like you suggested) would be the first step towards that.
