Seeing Training Records From Other Units

I am seeing a BIG bug when viewing training records.
“Manage” > “Training” > “Training Book”

When I first see the page, everything seems pretty normal. However, when I change the “Expired/Active” sort option to “Expired Only”, I am seeing names and training records of people who have never been a part of our unit.

@dave, I just confirmed that I also can see people from other units when following @JustinWeaver directions.
