Our Troop using a TT Sign Up Sheet to coordinate a COH potluck dinner with slots for Appetizers, Desserts, Entrees, etc. We figured out we had to set up the Sheet to include everyone.
However, it also seems like any member can signup OTHER members onto a sheet, like Joey A. can sign up Jimmy T. to contribute an Entree without Jimmy knowing. How do we make sure Household A can’t sign up Household T? I can’t find a permission setting (as Troop Webmaster) to restrict that.

If they only have household access they should only see their own Family members not others to add.

This is a screenshot from the POV of a a normal-permission user (not my admin access; I’m using a test login to our TT named for my deceased grandfather so he’s in my “household”), and this login can add and remove “Members” of other Households as well, which I think is too much privilege, hence the question. I can’t find a setting in the Sign Up Sheet regarding this privilege. Is there a setting I should change?

In this case with that user only having Access Level of Household and minimal permissions then something may not be working properly. I would send a message to support@trooptrack.com with your screenshots of all the settings so they can determine why they are able to see everyone else. I had logged in as my wife with only the following permissions and she was only able to see Family. I think the only reason she had Medical Book was because I was testing something at one point.
