Add another / move the "create announcement" blue button to the top of the new announcement dialoge

I have done this multiple times so I can’t be the only one that has experienced it. And, when it happens it is always a lengthy announcement that took a long time to compile.

So here is the scenario:

  • Compile a very long announcement. While concentrating on the content you are reading to save work and move to the next.
  • Meanwhile the big blue button designed to grab your attention saying “Create Announcement” scrolls way off the bottom of the screen.
  • Mindlessly you focus on “Create an Announcement”, which is what you want to do, poof your work is gone with no hope of saving it with the back button or anything else. No one to blame because the page did what you asked it to do, start a new announcement…

A second button at the top as a reminder would help avoid this scenario.

I agree. I will add this to our developer’s list of improvements to make. It should be a relatively simple thing to do, so hopefully we can add it soon. :slight_smile: Thanks for the feedback!
