My daughter is new to a troop and when creating our TroopTrack account, it set me as the main user and I can’t find where to add her onto my account so all RSVP’s and notes are for me only & not my daughter. It won’t let me add a member to family household myself so is that something the unit leader needs to do? It’s frustrating because I don’t recall seeing the option to add her name when I set up the account.
If you do not have Unit level access then you will need one of the leaders that does to add an account for your daughter. It works best if she has her own email address. It’s best if the parent and Scout have accounts so you are also aware of what is going on.
