Adding medical form date

Updates in December list include “1. NEW attendance report includes medical form date”. How do I add date of participants’ medical form? Thanks.

Hi @BethJohnson2,

By clicking on the event, clicking on “details” and then clicking on “attendance” and “attendance sheet”, you can get a report of those who attended with the medical form date on it.
