I have an existing event invite that was created and have new scouts that have been added to the tool. How do I get those New Scouts added to the existing invite as they do not appear in the RSVP list?
Perhaps the dumbest thing I have seen in Troop Track, but you have to edit the event and then save it. I have to do that after each meeting to record attendance. It is especially painful as we enter the entire year of events early so everyone can see what is coming up. Perhaps they will fix it one day to be dynamic.
I have edit the invite and made sure invites were sent to people and it still does not show up. I guess I will have to figure out something.
