Hi Brian,

Are you trying to create a new custom award. I was able to take a look into your account and it seems to be functioning properly. Can I ask what device and browser you are using TroopTrack on? Then I can look into this issue further.

I am using a PC win 7x64 chrome Version 69.0.3497.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I can get to the page that lets me create a custom award and input the information and place a check mark in “ready to use” and click save I get the following error : The page you were looking for doesn’t exist.

You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved.

When I go to /managemanage/troops/6637?tab=awards
The custom award is there:

  • Venturing Leadership Award
  • Venturing Shooting Sports Outstanding Achievement Award
  • Silver Beaver
  • Silver Beaver
  • Silver Beaver
  • Silver Beaver
  • Silver Beaver
  • Silver Beaver

If I go to custom awards nothing shows up either

Brian,

I will have our tech team look into that. It does throw an error when you save the award. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. This only seems to be happening in crew accounts. I will put this on their todo list and get this fixed.

I had even tried with the trooptrack app. Will this also fix not seeing the adult awards and knots as well?
