Advancement Chair and Sharing Responsibility

Keeping up with advancements is a coming into sharper focus for us, and we would like the ability for specific leaders, such as TG-Woodlands (Fox) to keep track of events and awards for this patrol, and then other leaders such as TG-Navigators to keep track of events and awards for their patrol.

Can there be more than only one person who is able to record advancements in our troop? If the current advancement person is unavailable for a time due to illness or other family issues, we still would like to be able to keep advancements flowing.
