There are many fund raiser activities in rural communities, like dealing with county fairs, where there is a minimum adult registration need, and a maximum scout registration need.
It would be very nice to be able to set limits for adults AND scouts.
The way it is now, say I must have 3 adults, but would also like 3-6 scouts to attend, I would have to set the registration max to 9 … and potentially 8 or 9 scouts could RSVP and I’d never get an adult, which is required. By being able to isolate the minimum adult registration level, I can manage the events better.
