I love the app, but since the last updates, it has been very unstable and hard to open. I usually have to click on the icon at least 3 times to get it to open. Once it does, I enter the user id and password. It closes again. I then scroll through my icons, find TroopTrack, click on the icon and it finally opens.
This is being worked on. There is a new update in the pipeline right now. The TT admins have not been able to reproduce the issues.

Please let us know if the mobile app issue is resolved, currently using Web apps as temporary workaround but mobile apps will be more handy
We’ve had trouble even accessing the app. It usually gives us a “forbidden” error. We can restart the app a few times and sometimes get it to log in, but lately, I haven’t been able to get into the app at all.
Dave is working on the Android app.
Any updates? At this point our troop is looking into different apps.
I just tried the app again for the first time in months and, after crashing a few times when trying to login, it actually opened and I am using it now! We’ll see if it lasts or is still too unstable but at least I can open the app (a first for me).
Agreed. Same here. Press over and over and the app will eventually load. I got a message stating the app is unstable until it did load. All seems well…once I got past all that…
