Apple App no longer working

My app is no longer working and I noticed Apple app is not available anymore.
How soon before this can be fixed?

OK – I just want to clarify something. I just logged into my app and it works fine. But, from what I saw in another post, the app is no longer available on the App Store, which I just verified. So if you don’t already have the app installed, you can no longer install it.

That is correct, currently the app is not available in the app store, new users will not be able to download it.

I purchased a new phone and that forced me to update the app. But because the app is no longer available, I am no longer able to use the app.

This also happened with a couple games I had on my phone.

But I’m paying for troop track, not the games.

Is this a bandwidth issue for TroopTrack, or why did we make the decision to pull the iPhone App?

No, it’s not a bandwidth issue. It is a development staff issue. They have had some turnover. It wasn’t a decision to pull the app, I would imagine because it had not been updated in a while the app stores removed them because they were no longer in compliance with requirements. I never saw a benefit to the app over the website on mobile, especially when the end user must use the website to complete a checkout process for any “paid” event RSVPs.
