I have a few troop members that have received calendar reminders via email-- at the top there is a little calendar that states that they can RSVP for our meeting that’s from 7:45 - 9:00. In the body of the email, however, the correct meeting time of 5:45 - 7:00 is given. I’ve gone into our calendar and there’s nothing there that would indicate this incorrect time. Any ideas of how to fix this issue?
That seems like a time zone issue. It looks to me like you may be using Google or something similar that is extracting the date and time from the e-mail to try and set up a Calendar entry but is perhaps correcting for timezone.
