Is there an easy way to send an email only to those Scouts and their families who have registered for an event like a campout? I don’t want to inundate the entire troop with messages if some of them are not on the campout etc.
Yes. Go to the event details page. Near the top, click on the “Email Invitees” link. If RSVPs are required, you can send it to one or more of the following groups:
No Response
Coming
Not Coming
Possibly Coming
