When looking at Nights, Hours Miles report under Achieve.
I see distance accuracy out to 14 decimal places for Miles Hiked.
This also shows under the advancement summary report as well.
Also, can you include the column for miles Canoed?

The answer in the link you provided applies to this ticket as well. You can specify a date and several other filters and if you scroll to the bottom right, you will be able to see canoeing miles.
