Help! We are in the middle of entering all of our fall achievements. Last night I was able to add service hours. Today when I try to add, the field for hours is gone. I can only add the title of the event, the date, and the category. I also cannot manage service stars, that option has disappeared from the Achievements menu. Can anyone help? We are supposed to order our awards tomorrow.
THIS!! Also, things that were in order before (i.e. girl level menu under their “Achievements” tab) are now in crazy order, award types are in alphabetical order instead of the order they are in within our Handbook, and the “Print Awards by Girl/Unit” has a totally different look (HUGE FONT and hard to find the girl names)…
Please help/fix/return to normal.
Ugh, I was hoping maybe it was just a problem with my account or something. This is very discouraging. We won’t be able to award service stars at our Winter Awards if it doesn’t get fixed ASAP.
I am also seeing an issue with missing items from my BSA Troop, I am thinking there may be some kind of larger bug affecting the system. I have alerted the TT admins of this issue, hopefully they will be able to figure out what is going on rather quickly.

Same here! I had several already converted to service stars, but now no one can enter hours at all. Has anyone entered a ticket or contacted support directly?
I also don’t see the option for MANAGE SERVICE STARS?! Please fix this asap TT! Thank you!!
I did hear back from TT staff last night, they are working on it.
The issue with Service Stars was fixed, please check Service Hours to make sure the fix that was pushed also fixed that issue.
