Why can’t I take a communication resend and forward it to another set of group?
This would save time instead of me having to recreate a whole new email to send to the new group.

I’m not sure I understand. If you know you are sending it to multiple groups, why not send it to everyone at once? You may select multiple mailing lists in the send an email feature.

isometimess there’s a visitor that can use the same information which was not included in the original thread. And I don’t want to rewrite the information again I just want to forward it.
Oh, I see. There is a request to make this a feature somewhere in the Community so try to find it and add your support to it.
