If I go to Share/Troop Documents and then select Upload a Document, then fill out that form and upload a document, nothing happens.
I do not get an error, I never see the progress bar. The page just reloads and shows the blank form, and no documents get uploaded.
We uploaded documents using this method 14 days ago and it worked.
I did some searches here and I do not see anyone reporting a similar problem. If anyone is online and can test this feature out, it would be good to know if this is a system-wide issue or just with our account.
Just an update here for anyone searching the same item. I heard back from support saying that they tested uploads and that they are working. However, when I retried my file I got the same result as above – a black hole with no error message.
I began doing my own testing and it seems (to me at least) that there is a limit on the size of files that can be uploaded, even though this is not noted anywhere (at least not that I’ve found).
I could not upload my original 1.5Mb file, but when I reduced the same file down to 936k, I was able to upload it. I suspect that the upload limit is 1Mb.
