Would love to see the ability to create Draft Events so that other adult leadership could review and publish. I wouldn’t go so far as workflows or Reviewer/Approval roles, but it since the events can trigger emails, it feels like we only have one shot to get it right.

While it is not specifically a Draft you could create an even, only invite leaders and set the Invitation and Reminder to Never initially, others could potentially see it on the calendar but would not get an e-mail notification until it was double checked and then the invitation/reminder added.
