We added three families. When we did our automatic update, it created duplicates of the scouts. At this point one has rank and the other had attendance. Is there a way to merge them?
Your best bet is to delete the ones that came in when you did the import, put the BSA ID’s into the ones with attendance, and then run the import again. It will update those accounts instead of making duplicates.
