We have several new scouts that we manually entered into the roster. They are complete with bsa id numbers. Every time we import the roster, they are duplicating. The duplicate says “registered:no”. Why so they keep doing this and how do I make it stop?
Also, when with the roster importer be fixed to show green bar and completion again?
Please double check to make sure the BSA IDs are correct and match what is in scoutnet. If there is any difference, it will create a duplicate.
We are working on a permanent solution for the roster importer animation assets, but for now, if you refresh just before entering your credentials and starting the report, it will work the way it is supposed to.
I went to check bsa ids AGAIN…ready to tell you " they were fine"…there was a space after the number…
