Email Down?

@Keener-Trooptrack One of our committee members tried to send an email at 7:02 AM Pacific and as of 11:20 it was still in “QM Scheduled” status. I told it to resend but that is also still scheduled. I tried sending a test email to myself, and haven’t received it yet.

The email servers had to be reset yesterday. Due to this some emails were delayed; however, they should’ve all sent last night.

Are emails not working again? My newsletter and calendar reminders have not gone out this week.

Hi @JessicaSteimel,

Emails are working. If one didn’t send, then you can update that event and have the email send today. The newsletter can also be manually sent by clicking on “communicate”, “settings” and “newsletter settings”. On that page you can click on “send now” to have that send out.
