Emails are not being sent. I sent an email at 6:35 am CST and it still has not been received at 2:00 pm CST.
Because our servers crashed briefly this morning you will need to copy those emails and then re-send them in a new email. Clicking on “actions” and “resend” beside those emails won’t work because the system didn’t capture those emails due to it being down.
If you click on “actions”, and “read” you can read the email. Copy the contents of it, and then click on “communicate” and “send an email”. From there you can paste in the contents from the previously sent email and re-send a new email that way.
Let me know if you’re able to send emails now after doing that.
