There were issues recently and they have been fixed. As of this morning TT support confirmed there were no site wide issues with e-mail. Are you having a specific issue you are seeing?
Yes and I’ve used the Contact Form. An email yesterday I sent via gmail did not go out at all. I sent it directly through TT and was successful there. I don’t think I’m the only one

Got it, I did see they were discussing this morning that sending from gmail into TT was not working. I just did a bunch more testing and yes there is still an issue with this one particular feature of messaging, which to be fair was your original post that got hijacked by others with other generic e-mail issues that were fixed. This particular issue has not. Sometimes I think specific issues like this get lumped together with other broader issues and then the assumption is that the fix works for everything. I will bring it back to their attention that this specific thing still does not work. While it is a valuable option it is used far less than generating messages from within TT, that is why there has not been as much of an outcry for this specifically.

@DaxMeredith, yours is another different issue from the one that was originally posted or even the others in the thread. I would suggest trying to send the message again if you still get stuck at QM Scheduled then use the contact form to support.
Our emails that are sent to subdomain *.trooptrack.email from an email client are also not going through. Can someone unstick this capability?

E-Mails sent to a Mailing List from an outside e-mail system or client are not going through. The TT support team is working on a fix however none has been found so far. The best option for now is to send communication directly from TT to the Mailing Lists.
