I created two new events today, and TT confirmed they had been sent. I checked my emails (I get them in 3 locations) and no emails where received.
We constantly have some emails go undelivered. Some parents/scouts get the emails, other don’t. The TroopTrack logs say the emails were sent to the correct addresses. But, they often never get there. Or sometimes they show up many days later.
I saw message pop-up recently saying that Text message no longer get delivered via the email-to-text services. That same pop-up claimed that TroopTrack generally had good service from the email delivery provider. But, that has not been my experience.

Typically when there are only some people that don’t get messages it is because they have marked something as SPAM on their side or they have entered into TT to stop receiving messages. If you have specifics and can re-produce the issue consistently then please gather than information and send it to support@trooptrack.com.
It happened again this week. I didn’t get an email that went out to others. I have not entered anything into TT to stop getting emails and I have checked my SPAM folder.
It appears that your email was marked as spam, which is why you haven’t been receiving messages from us. I have now removed your email from the spam list, and you should start receiving our emails again.

A TT admin from your unit can check on this, it is under Communicate, Settings, Communication Problems.
