Emails not received

I was getting troop emails from the system. I just recently stopped receiving them. I am able to see that me email address is correct but i can’t find out why the email isn’t coming through. I need help figuring out if it’s a hotmail issue or trooptrack issue

Someone with full access to your TT group can look at Communicate, Settings, Communication Problems, if your e-mail has bounced or was marked as SPAM it could show up there and they could remove that. If that is not the case then send an e-mail to support@trooptrack.com, perhaps from a different account, and let them know your not getting emails to your hotmail account.

For some reason it was marked as spam. No idea how or why but we’ll see if that fixes it. Thanks for the help
