Emails to Custom Mailing Lists

Hello Wonderful TroopTrack community!

I want a person to be able to send emails to a TroopTrack custom mailing-list, without forcing that person to register with the site. I’ve created an account for them, associated their email address with it. They get our newsletters.

Now… if they send an email to a custom mailing-list in TroopTrack, will it be distributed, or do they have to registered and have a TroopTrack user ID?

It sounds like you’ve taken all the right steps here to do this. That user should be able to send to the mailing list as long as they are an authorized sender or you allow any member to send emails to that list.

I don’t think you need to actually sign into TroopTrack to make this happen.
