I would like my Pi/Pa’s to be able to email families and leaders in the troop. They need to be able to communicate reminders about flag ceremonies, send out info about their level award projects, etc. I gave them each an account but it did not give them access to any of the troop members for email purposes through TroopTrack. How do I give them the access to send an email?
When you set up your custom mailing lists one of the options is to leave the authorized senders open to anyone. That way, if you have one that is set up for the entire troop, the girls can use that to email the troop. I think our list is one of the magic lists set up by TT called “registeredfamilies”.
