When opening the drop down menus under. Manage, communicate, or Achieve. The top item can be scrolled to see but pull up before you can tap to access. ( manage can’t do groups- communicate can’t do send text, achieve can’t do rank book)

Okay, this is fixed for real this time, and it works on every theme now.
