When going to the pack setting menu (went to look at themes to see if that helped improve look) the settings menu bar is stuck behind the top naviation menu bar options. I cannot scroll up to access it. (using Windows 10/Chrome).
Update: This appears to be theme specific. It is on Default and some others. When I switched to Darkly and some others it displayed correctly under the top navigation.
Reply: I am missing the access to the top line item on the drop down menus Manage/ Communicate/ Achieve. Can scroll - pull down to see them but won’t stay down to click on them
This is also true in Safari 13.0.3, and Chrome 79.0.3945.79 on MacOS 10.14.6 using Default Theme.

Yes, and no, the menu is not behind the nav bar but the page text is, at least in Safari and Chrome on Mac.
