The checkboxes under Present Awards are not saving the information for Purchased/Awarded/Recognized. This is under our Admin account as well as Achievements Manager, so I don’t believe it’s a rights issue.

I am experience the same issue. This is very important as not recording awards can cause the lists to get large and out of control. Please address ASAP!

I’m also having an issue saving the updates I have made to the awards being handed out. I checked the checkbox, as usual, and went down and clicked saved, as usual. The site did not respond the first time our two, and finally moved to a new screen after a few tries. When I went back, all the work was undone; nothing was saved.
Additionally, could not save my shopping list as a PDF. The new TT4 kept giving an error message (500 I think), so I had to use the print functionality in Chrome, but that gave me 7 pages of header information before actually getting to my list.
Finally, the new TT4 is supposed to render better on small screens, but now it no longer renders on my laptop correctly. Specifically, when I am looking at the incomplete work on adventures or ranks. It will render wider than the screen, but will not give me a horizontal scroll bar to see what is out beyond the screen. I cannot select the 'X’s and checkmarks to force the screen to slide over. I cannot use my touchscreen to scroll/swipe over their either.
As of right now, I think the new TT4 is too buggy for primetime and needs to be sent back to the developers for more work. They need to review all use cases, all requirements, and all developments to their test plan, because too many things were not tested before this was released, and now we are having major issues as users.
PLEASE FIX!
I am having the same issue. I have done multiple times. Thinking the message box at top saying purchased items will no longer appear in shopping list was preventing this, I removed it and tried for a 3rd time with no success.

I am having a slightly different issue. If in the Present Awards tab I uncheck one of the scouts because I do not want to purchase the award yet it does not reappear on the shopping list. In the old version it would reappear in the shopping cart. Now when I uncheck and save it does not save the change. When I go back into the Present Award tab the system has rechecked the scout.
This is critical from a record keeping standpoint.

This is a huge issue. It also double added my awards tonight.

I think this is fixed now. I tried it yesterday and it seems to work now.
