Girl scouts stay the same rank for 2 or 3 years, depending on rank. they can earn some awards (like Global Action and World Thinking day every year. But when I try to award credit for each new calendar year, it tries to write over last years award. is there a way to make it so the award can be won multiple years?
2. how do I get a Councils own badge (from my specific council) added? Is this something you can customize?

I know the answer about adding Council’s Own Badges. Go to Manage> Settings > Custom Awards. You can enter them there!
Yes! The following are all earned multiple times (for GSUSA):

Cookie Activity Pin --> Goes with calendar year (“2017”, “2018”, etc.)

World Thinking Day --> Goes with calendar year (“2017”, “2018”, etc.)

Global Action Award --> Goes with calendar year (“2017”, “2018”, etc.)
