When looking at the list of achievements for a scout, the list can sometimes be a bit long and it is visually difficult to pick out the 25% or 50% progress in a sea of 0% progress. I suggest that if the progress is >0%, highlight that row in some way. Maybe make the text bold, or have a different background color, or something simple that makes it stick out. This will help when glancing at a list of achievements to see which ones have been started and which need to be addressed.
