It doesn’t look like signup sheets are available in the mobile app, only the desktop. Am I missing something?

No, Sign up sheets are not in the mobile app, it is very limited in what it has and hasn’t been updated in a long time. I believe I remember seeing somewhere that they had a third party develop the App for them but they are no longer in business or they stopped responding or something. I believe at this point the direction is to make the site mobile browser responsive. It does work very well from a mobile browser. The offline option of a mobile app would be nice though.
