I would like to forward an email from my personal email address to all of my members. I tried to research this question and found that there is a dedicated email address provided by TroopTrack for my “members” group. How do I find that? Thanks so much.
This could depend on the settings for your TT account but I will describe the most likely instructions:
Select Communicate - Magic Mailing Lists - Default I believe is members@yourUnit.trooptrack.email (if you have subdomain e-mails enabled, best option) It is possible someone has changed the magic mailing list to something else IE everyone@yourUnit.trooptrack.email, it will show a number of Recipients, the one with the most is typically going to be everyone.
Select Actions - Edit
Make sure your User is allowed to send to this list, or Any member is allowed is selected. Save
If you select Actions - Details the red box at the top will tell you your status with that mailing list.
