How to add 1/2 hour increment option for service hours

I would love to see an option for 1/2 hour increments in hours earned for service stars for AHG. Currently only 1 hour increments are allowed. This makes inputting service time difficult when a child has served less than an hour. I believe this to be a very valuable addition to troop track to accurately record time served. For example: 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 etc…hour option.

In the Service Hour box, if you click the up-down arrows at the right side, then indeed, it only shows whole numbers. But you can type anything you want in there, even 0.25 for 15 minutes of service.
