I cannot update access levels for other users

I have Unit level privileges, but cannot update other adult users to unit Level. Also, I do not see any user with Troop level privileges.

How do I correct?

@JoelWhitaker1, It sounds like you do not have “Manage privileges: Add and remove privileges for members of your unit” privilege. If somehow no one in your unit has that then I would suggest sending an email to support@trooptrack.com for more direct help.
Level and individual Privileges are separate, the Level indicates who in your Unit you can see and interact with, the individual Privileges then indicates what you can do for those specific people.
