Invitations for Events are not working

Hi. I’ve been trying to push out invites for multiple events since Thursday, 2/13, and none of them are going through. Is anyone else having the same problems?

Same problem here! And we really need this to work!

Our invitations aren’t sending out the past couole days and i dont think the reminders are going out either.

Our invites and reminders are not going out still. I had to email the links to each unit to RSVP, but some are having trouble with that. Also, when we post photos to the Photo Album we are getting messages that say “This is a test notification” from the app.

Our forgot password emails are not being sent today. Our newsletters went out yesterday morning. It seems to me that maybe TT emails are not being sent out as of Sunday afternoon.

Having the same issue. As a work around, I’ve just been sending emails for the event (via “Email Attendees”) to push the info out.

Have been doing the same as you. The event invite shows as sent but no one receives it unless I “email invitees”. TTsupport says it has been resolved but clearly a lot of us are still having issues!

Same. Events are not sending and either are the reminders.

Me too. I submitted a ticket which has been closed although I responded it wasn’t fixed.

The work around is I send an email with a link to the calendar event. Works, but not really a good solution.

We are having the same issue. Event emails are not being sent out (reminders, new invitations, etc). I am currently “emailing attendees” to push them out.

The Invite and Reminder email issue was fixed early this morning 2/18/25.
