Invites Not Sending

Hi! I added some public events to my calendar and I set them up like I always do (with no issue in the past) and it did not send any invites. It has been several hours since I added them to the calendar. I can see on the event that it says invites were sent, but I checked with some folks and they didn’t get any and there are no pending send messages in my recent messages. I noticed an earlier thread that said non-alphanumeric characters might cause this issue, but I’ve used punctuation in the past with no issue, that bug seems to be fixed, and when I changed the event to just alphanumeric characters it did not sent an invite. I double checked that I actually selected a list to send invites to–I’m just at a loss!
