I was able to do some further testing with my Cub Scout Pack that all ready had Inboxes setup. Messages sent to those inbox addresses were sent on to the selected recipients and I was able to change the list of recipients. This is good news if you previously had Inboxes setup you can use those to send messages to groups of people from an outside e-mail client like Gmail or Outlook.
