I was trying to send an email out to my troop but when I sent them out, I do not see my receipt of email or the email I sent out. Not sure if this a know issue. I tried sending out a message around 9:15 am CST on December 26.

I am having the same issue. I wonder if the email notifications are down?
I am having the same issue with an event invite and checklist emails today.
We are having the same issue with emails and invites. We sent out 2 of each yesterday, but none have been sent.
Same issue here too. Can confirm the emails are not going out, so it is not just a notification issue. Please let us know what we can do to fix!
Same issue for me this morning, no emails are going out.
I’m having the same issue – emails showing in Recent Messages list as sent, but no delivery receipt or email sent. 2 messages, Dec 28, 12 and 2pm
Is there a phone number we can try to contact? We really need the email issue to be resolved and it seems like it is affecting alot of us. Any ideas on how to escalate this to the TroopTrack developers?

Our email provider recently implemented a change limiting the number of recipients per email. Dave is currently working on updating our system to comply with this new limit. Once the adjustments are complete, the email feature will resume functioning. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Does this mean that emails with fewer recipients are still working? How many recipients?
None of our emails are going out. Even if we only send it to one person. Our calendar notifications, weekly newsletter, and all types of emails are not working. We are also not receiving emails to our trooptrack emails, so we have lost event confirmations, Pack leads from perspective cubs, etc. Just wanted to make you aware its not just outgoing emails, but incoming emails as well. And we have attempted to send emails to one individuals and groups. The size of the distribution list does not seem to matter - nothing is working. And, when we tried to submit a ticket on your contact us page, we received an error there too.

We are experiencing the same thing, nothing going out or coming in.
Question: When the issue gets fixed, will all of the messages in Queue (including event confirmations) be automatically resend or do we need to manually initiate resending them all? Trying to avoid duplication and hoping this gets resolved quickly as we have some New Years fundraising events coming up and nobody is getting notified about them.

I am having the same issue- no emails being sent. I am, however, getting the sent receipt… just the emails aren’t actually getting sent. Any idea when this will be fixed?
Same issue. I did get an automated email reminder for our committee meeting, but no other emails are going out.

I have been seeing some email come through TroopTrack. They appear to be sent by individuals using the “send an email” feature. Can anyone tell me what works and what still does not work at this point?
Hello, the e-mail issues are being worked on. Some things were fixed but not all. Not sure exactly what is and is not working. I did get an event reminder e-mail for a meeting this week, that seems to be working.
