The “Create a Meeting Schedule” Save & Continue button is apparently not functioning. When I click it, nothing occurs other than some button “graying-out”. No error message is displayed.
I had no issues with the button earlier today - it worked. I double-checked and I do not see anything wrong with what I selected for all of the fields.
Does anyone have a solution for this? It is kind of unfortunate timing for this issue…as it is the time of year when everyone is likely scheduling their meetings for the academic year. I know I can schedule each event individually, but I would prefer not to if a fix could be implemented in the next few days. Thank you, Tom
@TomBest1, I just tried and was able to create a meeting schedule with no issues. What type of meeting schedule are you using perhaps it is specific to your settings?
I will play around with the settings more to hopefully isolate the issue. I was able to schedule one, but then when I tried other similar schedules, they all failed. I will keep you up to date. Thanks for your help, much appreciated.
@TomBest1, if you find a specific set of options that does not work let me know and I can get it over to the dev team.
Hi Aaron - here is a screenshot of settings that do not work. I click Save & Continue, and the system grays-out one of the Save & Continue buttons, and for a moment (the first time) shows progress on a dark blue bar on the top of the screen, but then the blue progress bar vanishes, and it hangs at this screen.
@TomBest1, just to verify do you have at least 2 Adults in the Tiger Den (Patrols)?
That was the issue! Needed to add one more Tiger Den Leader in TroopTrack… Now that is done and it works.
Thank you very much - all good now
No problem, sometimes it’s the simple things that get you hung up. 2 deep in communication has been baked into TT, its too bad it doesn’t give you a message saying that is the issue from the Meeting Schedules page, I will at least let the admins know about that, maybe there is something they can do to add an error in like you get from a single event when there are not two adults.
Thanks, sounds good to let the admin know - appreciate it. It prompted me to update our leadership assignments to dens, so solved two problems at once for me. Thank sagain
Out of curiosity where do you put the parents of the Scouts?
So far, I have not assigned them to the dens of their children, but I plan on doing that next week. Any recommendations?
That was going to be my suggestion. That also solves any 2 deep communication issues. Parents can also be placed in multiple Dens if they have multiple children. That seems to be the easiest setup for Packs I have seen.
I am having the same problem and I think it is because I using leadership positions
I also tried just putting in those adults.
Neither work. Anyone have an idea?
@Pack1776Neshanic, to verify your setup, you are creating a meeting schedule, inviting a Den (Patrol) and also adding a leadership position (that contains at least two adults), to the invite, and then at least two individual adults to the invite and in either case the Save & Continue button remains greyed out and not able to be clicked?
I am not adding a den. I’m only doing leaders because I’m setting up a leader meeting. Is that the issue than I’m not including a den.
Thanks, Donna
No, I just wanted to test doing the same thing you were doing. I was able to create a recurring meeting with just two adults selected as the participants as well as selecting Cubmaster and Den Leader as leadership positions. Unfortunately this is going to require sending an e-mail to support@trooptrack.com to get more help. Please send them screenshots of what you are doing and describe in detail what is happening.
