Members Listed More Than Once

I am updating Troops in my Unit. Several Troop Leaders are listed more than once but not in their troops. As I put them in their troops, this creates a 3rd listing for them.

Do they have 3 different profiles? With 3 different log ins? Can I merge them?

I am listed 3 different times as well and could not merge myself. Thanks for any insight!

I believe this is a bug that has been seen before. I would suggest e-mailing support@trooptrack.com to get direct help.
