We have scouts that have earned them and we cannot mark them as earned because they do not exist in troop track.

What type of Unit are you? I see all of those MB’s listed for my Scouts BSA Troop. I have seen at times where there are differences with Venture Units. If that is the case please complete the Help & Support from from the Support - Contact Us Menu.
