We are going to be using money accounts for tracking our scout accounts now. You have improved them quite a bit!
Is there a way to add an account to every youth’s name at one time? Or does this have to be done one at a time for all 35 scouts?

Unfortunately, right now there is no way to create money accounts in bulk. They will need to be done individually.
However, you are able to do bulk transactions (if you wanted to charge all your scouts or parents or whoever for something), rather than lots of individual ones. And you can create a money account with the scout when you create a new scout as well.
