When I pull up the Training Book and sort the training for Y01 Youth Protection Training, no results come back but I know they exist. If export the training book to Excel, they show up there. I do not know if any other trainings are producing a no result report.
I have also noticed another problem with the YPT Trainings. They do not calculate out the expired dates and instead says “Doesn’t Expire” which is not true. This is true for both Y01 and Y03.

I’m not able to reproduce this error. On our test Troop the Y0 trainings show up when I filter to them in the training book and they do expire.
I took a look in the system and Y03 doesn’t have an expiration on our side. How long is it valid for?

That is really interesting. Not sure what was done but the issues I was seeing seem to be resolved. So that’s wonderful.
Here is a screenshot of what I was seeing with a new YPT training I entered…
However, when I went and added a new Y01 Training and the expiration date now appears. Also, When I go into the Training Book and search for the YPT Trainings, they now show too. It seems like everything is working now. Thank you.
Also, for Y03, the expiration date should be the same as the others. Two years.

I’m glad this was able to get fixed. I’m not sure how since when I looked that the training there’s an expiration date.
I’ve set the Y03 to expire in 2 years so that should update for users as well.
