Would it be possible to add a notes section specifically for recording why an account was deactivated?

Thank you for this suggestion. While we wait for more feedback from the community, one alternative you may consider is just adding a reason in the notes section of the individual’s profile. Just press “Edit” next to “Notes” and add the reason there.
