We currently use paper forms at the meeting that follows each event.
Almost all of the scouts have a phone and could fill the evaluation out digitally.
This would hopefully make the results available to the leaders without needing to scan the results and post them.
What solution do others use to facilitate this?

I have used Google Forms, for different things, this could easily be setup for such a thing.
