Have you ever needed to get a list of all the campouts a youth has ever been on? Or the number of service hours performed by a patrol/den/level?
With the new participation books, getting customized information about participation couldn't be easier. Modeled after our badge books, the participation book is an interactive tool for searching through years of attendance records in just a few clicks.
To open the Participation Book, click on the 'Plan' menu item and then click 'Participation Book'.
Once there, you should see a screen similar to this:
Once here, you can search through your scouts, dens, levels, patrols, and service type easily by using the filters at the top. If you click on any of the filters and then click an option from the dropdown, the Participation Book will adjust to fit the information you are looking for.
You can even select a certain date range by using the from and to date filter:
